Crystal Impact Development Initiative is fully committed to promoting the participation of youths and women in Agric-businesses through different avenues and channels (creating Agropreneurs), we also encourage mechanized farming in other to create green millionaires amongst our youths .
How We Started
We started by seeking avenues and platforms, including pageantry, to launch the initiative that had operated unofficially for over five years, especially after our founder won the coveted and prestigious crown of Miss Agriculture Nigeria 2020/2021. Now, we are creating awareness through campaigns, sensitization, sensitization and empowerment of youths and address the women with great zeal and passion to address employment deficit amongst youths and curb social vices by developing programs and interventions aimed at providing youths and capability, women the capacity, capability and skill sets required to thrive not only in the agro-industry but in other areas of economic activity. We have continued to do this in a sustainable deeds, by performing manner while seeking to deepen our impact in society by charitable deeds particularly for the underprivileged.

Hello!
Thank you for visiting our website and for your interest in the Crystal Impact Development Initiative. We are an organised community seeking to greatly impact the lives of youths and women primarily milking the myriad of opportunities in the agro-industry, among the many other opportunities in our portfolio of empowerment programmes. We aim to promote the participation of young people in Agriculture in a manner that makes them agropreneurs and employers of labor. We believe that by creating very rewarding life-changing opportunities for Nigerian youths in the agro-industry, they will be less attracted to social vices, and our society will be better for it. And, the time is now to get the show on the road and make Agriculture appealing, attractive and lucrative leveraging mechanization, technology and the vast yawning market where demand for agricultural produce outweighs supply. With people at the heart of our programmes, we will continue to broaden the opportunity space for youths and women through entrepreneurial competence development initiative while offering them learning platforms to harness their potential in business and finance management that will
put them on the path to becoming business leaders.
As we do all of this, we will not neglect our commitment to a better humanity as we strengthen and expand our
charitable causes.
